Location: Wustermark at Berlin.

Your workplace is Europe: From your desk you route our customers’ orders across the continent. You prepare the tours, staff them with drivers, plan the batches. Your tools: databases, algorithms, probabilities. You know the whole system: if a truck breaks down or a driver falls ill, you must react immediately. You look after the drivers, provide them with information. Solve problems. Your tours – your responsibility. You stand by it. You decide. Strategically. Systemic. Dynamic.

Your commitment.

You and your team are responsible for the daily planning and dispatching of our trucks in local and long-distance transport.

You take care of the holistic support of the commercial drivers in the operative day-to-day business.

You take on the proactive complete order processing, including the monitoring of timely transport processes in constant communication with our customers.

You are responsible for monitoring the legal regulations and requirements such as driving and rest times.

Your qualification.

You have trained as a merchant [m/f/d] for forwarding and logistics services, merchant for wholesale and foreign trade, industrial clerk or a comparable commercial qualification.

You have extensive experience in dispatching, ideally specialist knowledge in handling transport orders.

You have a forward-looking, structured, independent and customer-oriented way of working within the complex network structure.

You score with high social competence combined with persuasiveness and negotiation skills as well as having fun working in a team.

You are willing to work shifts and weekends.

You can communicate in German and Polish. If Polish is your mother tongue, we welcome your application!
