We dispatch 500 trucks and 500 trailers across Europe. Every day, this generates a lot of paperwork: Workshop orders. Defect lists. Main inspection and safety test certificates. Contact details. Vehicle data. Everything has to be organized, sorted and well-structured. Your colleagues in fleet planning and the mechanics need to be able to find all of the documents quickly and reliably in their up-to-date version. You are the organizing hand in the workshop office – regardless of whether it is about papers or digital data. You collect information and pass it on. Strategically. Systemically. Dynamically.

Your Commitment

You make phone calls and correspond with our drivers and external workshops as well as with our customers, in order to discuss unexpected repair downtimes with them.

You place orders with external workshops by e-mail and telephone.

You prepare workshop orders and defect lists for our mechatronics engineers and check if they are complete after the work has been completed.

You keep a record of training sessions so that no knowledge is lost.

Your Qualification

The work with document management systems is familiar to you and if not, you are willing to learn.

You enjoy communicating with your colleagues and external workshops in German and English. Language skills in Polish or Romanian is a plus point.

You enjoy working with a computer and tablet and have computer skills (especially MS Office).

Your work manner is very structured and organized.
